In an argument brought on by Nicole Kidman taking a pull of joint like it was a brick of crack she confides in successful and wealthy doctor Tom Cruise of her infidelities and sexual fantasies about other men that causes Cruise to spiral into his own fantasies that uncovers somethings that are best left unknown.
